Day 31.5

I took one of my earlier pieces [link] and practiced shading using my pencils. The results came out better than I expected. I didn't think it would work but by focusing on shading section by section I was able to get more detail down.

This makes me even more proud because Neos is one of my favorite cards thanks to his role in the series. Out of the signature cards he's my favorite

yeah definitely consider this one of my favorites. wouldn't say I would've gotten this without taking the time to pay attention to the details ;)

still I'm very glad with how this came out. The original looked very blah and i needed an excuse to use my sketching pencils. which was a total success ;)
