It feels like it's been forever since I've been on deviant art. I found myself thinking maybe I could do so having an account every now and then but well I'm lazy. And strangely enouh I actually started missing going on here, being social, trying to make friends and find good art. I haven't been on much of an art or uploading mood for the past month and it's really not something I want to force myself to do. But at the same time it does feel like I'm starting to miss being social on here. Maybe I'll get back into it someday but for now I think I'll take it easy, reconnect w some people here and get my roots out again
The End and the Beginning
As I write my thoughts reflect the year I listen to one of my favorite battle themes from Final Fantasy XIV, The Fiend, played during second half of the against the first member of the Warring Triad Sephirot, the Fiend.
"I'm the end and the beginning." A very fitting line to describe the new year. 2016 has been a good year. Towards the later half of the year I managed to quit my job of four years for something a little closer to home. The commute and working hours was just no good. Plus I managed to dodge a bullet not having to deal w the End of the year rush at my old job. A huge plus.

New Kingdom Hearts 2.8 Trailer
WE HAVE A RELEASE DATE!!! The game is set for January 12, 2017. A good number of months away but with the goodies this trailer has the wait's gonna be worth it. For those familiar KH 2.8 was previously shown as a demo, with a lot of the player focus on Aqua's story post-BBS. At the time we got to see Aqua in the remains of Castle of Dreams after being consumed by the darkness. Now we get to see Dwarf Woodlands and Aqua fighting herself???? Is this Magic Mirror 2.0? We also get to see more of Back Story/X. Was that a Black Coat with Master Xehanort's Keyblade? Get Hyped y'all
EDIT: Looks like the January 12th date is for the Japanese release.
Suicide Squad
So after a long weekend at work, handling customers, the lines, a street fair just outside the store, I decided to treat myself to a little cinema; Some kettle corn, soda and milk duds, and DC's Suicide Squad. Now considering how Batman Vs Superman went, or how my dear friend aptly describes it, "two Ken dolls fighting.", it's understandable if you have reservations. However over this weekend Suicide Squad grossed 135.11 million dollars according to Fandango and Box Office Mojo, and for good reason.

Today i turn 26
It's my birthday today though im feeling a little blue.
Something came up so birthday dinner w my family got delayed, one of my coworkers is in Los Angelos for Anime Extreme so going to dinner after work isn't gonna happen. The age thing doesn't really bother me but its kinda lonely when you can't spend your birthday w the people you want to be with. Still its not like its gonna be all bad. Might be a delay but im sure ill be able to have a late dinner w friends and family. Ill just have to make the most out of tomorow
